Defective Products Most of our products include a manufacturer’s warranty, typically covering one year for parts and labor. If your product arrives defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist in initiating a warranty claim or resolution.

If a defect is discovered after 48 hours, please contact the manufacturer directly using the information provided in your product documentation. Most manufacturers require a service call to diagnose and address the issue.

Damaged Shipments All shipments are fully insured. If your product arrives damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery. Please notify us immediately so we can coordinate a replacement at no additional cost to you. For freight deliveries, additional procedures may apply—please contact us for details.

Order Accuracy & Final Sale Because all sales are final, we are unable to accept returns due to incorrect selection, change of mind, or product incompatibility. We strongly encourage customers to confirm all specifications with our team prior to placing an order.

Special Orders Special order merchandise is final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged except in cases of verified damage or defect.

Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy

Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
